House Rules

Guests staying in the apartment are required to accept and comply with the House Rules as well as the general rules of respectful, civilized behavior and cohabitation.

Payment Options:

  • Cash or bank transfer.

  • Accepted currencies: Hungarian Forint (HUF) and Euro (€).

Check-in / Check-out:

  • Check-in from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.

  • Check-out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

  • Other arrangements can be made upon prior agreement and flexibility.

Upon Departure:

  • Guests must return the apartment keys to the host. Please notify the host in advance regarding your departure time.

  • No refund will be issued for early departures before the agreed check-out date.

  • TV and air conditioning remote controls must be returned when leaving.

  • Please close all doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

  • Air conditioning may only be used while guests are present in the apartment with windows and doors closed.

Occupancy:

  • The apartment may only be used by the pre-agreed number of guests.

  • The host reserves the right to verify — without prior notice — that the number of guests matches the registered and paid number.

Visitors:

  • Visitors are allowed between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, but only with prior notification and approval from the host.

Keys & Locks:

  • In case of lost keys, guests must notify the host immediately and cover the cost of key replacement and/or lock change.

Liability:

  • The host is not responsible for any accidents or damages resulting from improper use of the property.

  • Guests are financially liable for any damage caused by improper use and must settle any such costs directly with the host.

Violation of House Rules:

  • Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction, penalties, or legal action in the case of theft, damage, or other serious misconduct.

Reporting Problems:

  • If any issues arise during your stay, please contact the host immediately. Complaints cannot be accepted after departure.

Apartment Furnishings:

  • It is strictly prohibited to remove any furnishings or equipment from the apartment.

  • The apartment will be inspected upon arrival and departure. Any damage must be settled directly with the host on-site.

Valuables:

  • The host is not responsible for valuables left in the apartment. Protection of personal belongings is the responsibility of the guests.

Included Services:

  • The accommodation fee includes utilities, bed linen with covers, weekly linen change for stays longer than one week, and final cleaning.

  • For stays shorter than 3 nights, a final cleaning fee of €50 will apply.

Cleanliness:

  • Please keep the apartment tidy and orderly.

  • Upon departure, do not leave dirty dishes or trash inside the apartment.

Smoking Policy:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

  • Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor areas.

Cleaning & Waste Disposal:

  • Guests receive the apartment in clean condition and are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay.

  • Household waste should be collected in the bin located in the kitchen. Once full, please place the bags in the outside bin. Additional garbage bags are available from the host.

Kitchen Use:

  • The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen. Please maintain cleanliness!

  • Do not place any metal objects or containers into the microwave oven.

Parking:

  • Parking is available around the building or directly in front of it.

Quiet Hours:

  • To ensure the comfort of all guests and neighbors, loud noises, music, or parties are not permitted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
