General Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “GTC”) apply to accommodation bookings and related services made via the website www.maxihostel.hu (hereinafter: “Website”). By using the Website and submitting a reservation, the user (hereinafter: “Guest”) accepts these GTC, which form part of the agreement between the Guest and the Service Provider.

2. Description of Services
MaxiHostel offers accommodation in Kaštel Kambelovac, Croatia, where several fully equipped, sea-view, dog-friendly apartments are available for rent. The accommodation includes free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and parking. The Website provides general information about the apartments, available services, and allows guests to submit inquiries and booking requests.
3. Contract Conclusion and Booking Process

Inquiry: The Guest sends a booking request via email to the address provided on the Website, specifying the desired dates, selected apartment, and contact details.

Confirmation: The Service Provider confirms the booking request by email and provides payment details.

Contract Formation: The booking becomes final, and the contract is concluded once the Service Provider confirms the booking via email and the Guest pays the deposit or full amount by the specified deadline.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices (gross, in EUR):

U1 Studio Apartment: €120/night

U2 Apartment: €140/night
Cleaning fee: For stays shorter than 3 nights, a one-time cleaning fee of €50 applies.

To finalize the booking, the deposit or full amount must be paid within the specified deadline.
5. Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation:

If canceled at least 14 days prior to arrival, the full deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
Modification:

Modifications are possible up to 14 days prior to arrival, subject to availability.
6. Conditions of Accommodation Use

Check-in: From 2:00 PM

Check-out: Until 10:00 AM

Pets: Dogs are allowed upon prior agreement. Other pets only with written approval.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused intentionally or negligently to the property or its furnishings.
7. Exclusion of Withdrawal Right
As accommodation services are booked for a specific date, the Guest is not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under Section 29 (1) l) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26) of Hungary.

The Service Provider processes personal data of Guests according to the Privacy Policy available on the Website:
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

damages caused by third parties (e.g. utility service failures);

service disruptions due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, epidemics, war).
10. Complaints
Guests may submit complaints in writing via email or post. The Service Provider will investigate and respond to complaints within 15 days.
11. Dispute Resolution
The parties strive to resolve disputes amicably. If no agreement can be reached, legal disputes shall be settled by the competent court under applicable law.
12. Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Website.
